We are a small family company which is dedicated to Serving through Cleaning. Few things keep customers longer in a business, than it having a clean inviting space. We believe every room in a commercial building should be as clean as a home, because the people who have the privilede to work in them, are there longer they are at home at times. They should be able to enjoy a clean space. We also feel as if every room in a home should be as clean as a baby's nursery, because we assume you are raising generations and every family member including a baby should be able to explore in a clean environment. \n\nWe understand that we get the opportunity to work with you, your staff and/or your family, so we never take opportunities lightly.

"They are a husband & wife team who arrived promptly. They were very pleasant & assured me they could get my stains out. I have a white carpet bought 3 weeks ago & spilled coffee on it. Tried to clean it myself & made it worse. I was thinking there was no way anyone would get these stains out, I'd probably have to buy a new carpet. Low & behold it's just like the day I got it. They are both very professional, efficient & meticulous....careful of my furniture & hardwood floor. I'd highly recommend them as a #1 choice by all means. Look no further they're the BEST"

"Juan and his team did amazing work that is beyond excellence. They are very professional, skillful, responsive, efficient, courteous, and patient. They took care of different projects for my house, from big to small. One of the big projects is to turn a heavy old crib into a solid and delicate rail with white paint that guards our kiddo from the loft. They also fixed broken walls and furniture, repaired door and window frames, improved the bathtub, and filled a exterior hole on a third floor window, together with a couple of small projects. They have a lot of great equipment that can accomplish different types of work. In just four days, I feel like I moved into a new place - we have a beautiful new wall, door, stairs, rails, furniture, and a bathtub that’s like new. My family is very impressed and satisfied with their work and service. I would recommend Juan’s company to anyone who is looking for handyman/home maintenance/improvement work done beautifully."

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

You can use dish soap mixed with warm water to clean just about any type of flooring, and while vinegar is a great addition to some floor cleaners, it’s not a good idea to use it on wood flooring or engineered wood flooring. Vinegar is very acidic, and it can gradually eat away at the protective finish on wood floors. If you’re cleaning laminate, tile, concrete, or vinyl floors, feel free to use vinegar and water in a 1-to-1 ratio with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, substitute the vinegar for olive oil.

Most DIY floor cleaners don’t require rinsing, but you’ll want to make sure you don’t add too much dish soap or oil to the cleaner to avoid having to rinse it after cleaning. For non-wood floors, mix 8 parts warm water, 1 part vinegar, and 1 part baking soda with a few drops of dish soap. For wood floors, use olive oil in that same mixture instead of the vinegar. You can let these solutions air-dry after cleaning your floors with them, although you should manually dry your floors if they aren’t waterproof.

Yes. Baking soda and vinegar—when diluted with water—are safe to use to clean sticky laminate floors.

Yes, many services offer waxing as part of the polishing process. Confirm with your provider.
