We are very pleased. Everything works properly. No water in the house or garage. Prior to the service we experienced at least one water event annually. Service was very professional from first contact through completion.
Budget Dry Waterproofing, Inc.did thorough search and provided us with written results that the old tank had been removed as we thought.. friendly, professional, knowledgeable. initial contact by phone required a call back, but all worked out just fine with prompt and courteous service.
We needed to have an emergency pump out of our secondary tank systems. We were unable to get our regular service company to respond. One call to Downies and they were on site in less than an hour. The company truck and equipment was clean. The driver was courteous and a pleasure to deal with.
Their service has been great. We did have an issue with our container. It had a broken wheel and it took longer than expected to repair.
