We were ready to go with another water system installer but the price was excessive. After meeting with four company reps, we met with H2O. Everything was explained - a simpler process was employed with all aspects detailed & justified. They arrived on time, were quiet, respectful of the house & property - it was a dream team. The system is beautiful! The water pressure is now incredibly strong, hot water comes up throughout the house immediately. Had issues with the washer - all solved. They will be back in a year to check everything. Team was friendly, informed, cleaned up the area after they were done. It could not have been better, we saved money, they have been in touch several times to make sure all is well. This is our water group from now on, anywhere we live in CT. This is excellent work, excellence in planning & explaining, & an incredible team - from sales, installation team, & those in the office. Highest recommendation for a professional company that follows through above & beyond what is expected. Thank you, H2O!!!

Keith was great came out to house and gave me a full detail on what was going on and what needed to be done. They came out and assessed our problem. Our well pump had failed. Then sent service men out to replace it that same day.

They came out to our house on time and called ahead to confirm the appointment. He gave us great advice and there was no pushy sales tactics. Just good advice from someone who was knowledgeable and wanted to help.

Terrible Customer Relations! My mother had water in her basement and her caretaker thought it was a water softener problem and called H2O. H2O told her upfront that this would be an emergency call and the charge would be $179 per half hour. Panic set in and she told them to come out (this was about 3pm). They said they had somebody in the area and they could stop by shortly. The technician came at about 4pm. I showed up at the same time as the technician and we walked down cellar together. Within a minute he realized the problem was not their equipment but instead it was my mother's cold water storage tank. He shut the water off going to the tank and said he could replace the tank for $1000. I refused his offer and off he went. The storage tank in question was replaced that evening for less than $200. When I called H2O in the morning and spoke to the manager asking if they could do something about the $179 charge because the technician was only there 10 minutes, they refused. I have used H2O at my place of business, and my mother has been a customer for many years as well. Obviously I will never use them again! This company is out to make the quick buck and not interested in building relationships.

It is very expensive when your well pump goes bad. Be prepared to spend around $2000+

These people, both Tammy in the office and Keith on-site, were extremely friendly and very helpful. Scheduling and solving our problem was a breeze! I would recommend this company to anyone needing work or installation of water softening systems.

They were wrong with their diagnosis, didn't even check my pump before telling me that I needed a new one. Also, was going to over charge me. I will never, ever use them again.

They did what they said what they would do when they said they would do it with exceptional customer communication.

I was extremely pleased that no attempt was made to sell me an upgraded water filtering system. The job was completed the following business day from the day the estimate was made. The plumber arrived on time and took the time to make sure I understood how to change the filter, avoiding overtightening the cylinder. Everyone was friendly and professional from the first phone call to the completion of the job. I highly recommend this company!
