"LVA built a beautiful deck for us. I highly recommend them. A previous contractor pulled the deck apart unexpectedly and it was in total disrepair by the time we hired LVA. This project was to rebuild the deck and relocate the stairs to provide access from a laundry room. Jose and his team were exceptionally professional, always on-time, kept the work site spotless, communicated well throughout the process, pointed out any prospective issues promptly -- for example, our architect's plans needed some adjustments once we were building out the stairs. I fully appreciated his recommendations + input. The workmanship of his team was excellent and the project pricing was quite reasonable.
