"Had an appointment on Monday for them to show between 12-2 and I waited until 3:15 before I had to call them and reschedule until next day because they did not show up within the window they gave me. Next morning I had a window from 8-10 and it was 10:30 when they finally showed up. Then the price quoted to remove an old refrigerator was crazy high but I paid it because I had to get it out. The need to be more punctual and offer better and upfront pricing. I probably wont use them again."

Moving is always stressful, and due to a bad back and having to also move 2 cats, I wasn't able to pack everything myself. They were reassuring and finished up the packing, being so extremely careful with wrapping and boxing that, as far as I can tell (not having unpacked everything yet), nothing has been damaged. They even completed the move under the estimate! Noah suggested replacing the entire bottom, railings & stairs with cedar as to its beauty & durability. The finished deck is absolutely beautiful. Noah hand picked each plank he used.
