"Awful. This job was half-assed, I just got home to this crap. I was not called in advance as your quote person had informed me. I was very clear that I need t know when it would be done to survise. He said I would be called ahead of time to let me know when there is a job near me and they would come afterward. I paid almost 8,000 dollars to have that patch broken into to install a sewage cleanout!!!!! THESE PEOPLE CAME TO MY HOUSE WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME AND COVERED THE SEWAGE CLEAN OUT WITH ALPHALT!!!!!!!!!!!! Then they came back and the pictures is the final work, beautiful ****."

"Fantastic! He was the first contractor to contact me and he was by far the lowest cost. I had about 120’ of sidewalk and a couple 9’x12’ slabs to replace. Existing was poured in the early 1900’s. 3x thicker than what I think he expected along with several granite slabs I had for stairs. Andy and his guys still made quick work of it. The elevation of my existing walkway was awful. Standing water and an ice rink in the middle. I know he used 3x more fill than he expected to make it right. Laying out the new walkway he had some design suggestions that my wife loved. Again I know it was more work than he initially expected. The finished work and cleanup was great. Some contractors have an upcharge for every little thing. He stood by his quote. Being a contractor ,of a different trade myself, I could not in good conscience not pay him a little more. I still paid hundreds less than the next closest ESTIMATE. I couldn’t be happier and I will have him back in the spring to replace the other side of the house. Well done Andy and crew."

"I hired Mr. Peavey in August to install a chimney liner. At that time I provided him with a $2000 downpayment. He said he had a few jobs to finish up & would then be on vacation but would be in touch with me at the end of September. I called at the end of September. He scheduled one date and then never showed up. I repeatedly texted him to get a status on a new date for the work but he never showed up--multiple excuses, though--rain, his truck was in an accident, an 80 year old man had no heat and he had to take care of him, then finally, he texted me that there was a death in the family. My last text to him was on 17 November asking for a start date. He responded to the text on 22 November, at which point he said that he would show up the following week (which would have been after Thanksgiving). I finally wised up and reported him to my credit card company since I gave him $ and got nothing for it. I contacted another company and they were able to do the work ASAP. "

"The communication was horrible. Had no problem responding when they wanted the down deposit and cashed it in right away. Did not hear from them for over 5 weeks after endless phone calls and texts. When they finally answered didn?t have a single idea who we were. The eventually came out, the work was good. But don?t believe the constant ?are we losing our deposit for nothing?, was worth it."
