"Luis was extremely responsive and prompt in every respect. It began when he gave us an estimate for the removal of a paved basketball court and putting in gravel and railroad ties as a base for a new garden shed. Also he was to repair our front brick entryway and some slate steps. His estimate was extremely reasonable and below other estimates we had received.
