Tim Luciano is there working at the job- site with his employees to ensure that the job is done right. He has fair and comparable prices to other paving vendors in the area as well and will work with you closely to figure out logistics, timing ect. We had two large projects to get done that involved the coordination with staff and guests, and he accommodated to our specific needs. The jobs were done very well and we are happy with the results. I. highly recommend Luciano Paving.

Contacted local contractors for driveway repair. Owner Tim Luciano was very pleasant and provided competitive job estimate. Work performed as promised. Noticed extra care taken during base preparation. Very happy with end product. Work crew was very professional. Would recommend to others.

I called Luciano's on Tuesday early in the afternoon and left a message. Within an hour I had a call back and the owner Tim went to the house to give me and estimate. By the end of the day we agreed on the scope of work and price. The work was completed the next day and it looks great.

This job couldn't have been any better. Tim was prompt at coming out to provide a quote and he gave me a estimate on the spot. Tim also worked with us to get the Belgium block border we wanted while still meeting our budget. His price was competitive with others.
Tim scheduled the job quickly and completed it on time. He made the entire process easy.
Tim clearly cares about the quality of his work and makes sure that his driveways will last. In my case, he was concerned that water from a neighbor's driveway would cause problems for ours. So, he repaved the neighbor's driveway apron at no cost to us. I was impressed by his willingness to go above and beyond.

Tim was very friendly- a real neighborhood guy. His price was lower than the other estimate I received and the work was done to our satisfaction. The only area for improvement would be responsiveness. I had to call the office several times before getting a call back.

He came promptly for estimate, set a date, which had to be changed due to weather. He showed up on revised date and was done in two days, even checking to see which way the water ran off the pavement.

zExcellent! Tim was straight forward and friendly. I had gotten a couple of other quotes from different companies. Tim gave us a quote that we thought was reasonable and within our budget. The work was done with great care and craftsmanship and Tim and his crew were professional and friendly (which is important to me when you have young children running about). I will be using Luciano Paving again and I would highly recommend this company.

They did a good job. They showed up when they said. They did half of it one day and half of it another day. It was lower than the quote. When he came out, he seemed to know it would be lower. They were great. Time will tell but it is good so far. I hope to never have to do my driveway again.

They did a beautiful job for both our driveway and our neighbor's, with whom we share a driveway entrance. It looks terrific. The owner, Tim, is on-site all of the time and the workers couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
