"Pro Painters did an excellent job correcting a previous re-stain job gone wrong. First, Pro Painters responded to my query promptly and scheduled a no-cost estimate immediately. Second, Benard showed up on time and gave me an insightful analysis of the problems with the prior job and how to correct it. The written estimate came promptly after, via email. Third, he returned when promised to review the job specs with me and his crew captain. Fourth--and most important: I was out of town when the crew performed the job, but Benard kept me posted and agreed to accept payment (a) once I returned to town and (b) if I was pleased with the job.
