Third, he returned when promised to review the job specs with me and his crew captain. Fourth--and most important: I was out of town when the crew performed the job, but Benard kept me posted and agreed to accept payment (a) once I returned to town and (b) if I was pleased with the job. Talk about trust! I'm so pleased with the new stain--I can tell at a glance and touch that it's been applied properly, unlike the previous job.
