We had for years plan on addressing Sheetrock issues that has impacted our bathrooms, ceilings in the family room and kitchen. Dan was able to rectify these issues which included repainting the ceilings in various areas. The work was so well done that you could not tell any difference from the original ceiling areas. Additionally, Dan repaired our back deck with the replacing damage boards. We are grateful to Dan and Chris for their professional and pleasant work relationship we encountered. We will be using Dan Armstrong for future projects. "

"Simon was very trustworthy and reliable. He called right away after I contacted Angi and set up an appointment the next day to diagnose and repair my mom‘s washing machine. His charge was very reasonable and he spent several hours then determined the machine was not repairable due to clothes being stuck in the agitator and the agitator cap couldn’t be removed. He replaced it with an almost new whirlpool washer at a very reasonable cost, and came back for a hose extension when he said he would and everything ended up perfectly. I would highly recommend him."

They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
