"I worked with Rick at Durham Fence Company. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had doing any kind of home improvement project. Rick promptly responded to all phone calls and almost always answered his phone. We had installed a new in ground pool and had to coordinate the concrete, landscape, top soil, and sod along with having a new fence put in. Coordinating all of that felt like a full time job at times. Rick was very flexible and it was never a problem when I had to call him at least five times to push back the install date due to the delays of the other contractors. I called 6 fence companies, only 3 returned my call. (A MONTH after my phone call a fourth did actually call me back). While Rick was not the cheapest, he most certainly was not the most expensive.
