"I called for a quote when shopping around for my exterior paint/stain project. Leoâ s price was competitive but I ultimately went with another company since I had received their quote first. That was a mistake. I called Leo to see if he had availability to come look at fixing the job that the first company started. The first company had failed to sand any of the trim and the paint was immediately peeling after day 1. Leo came right out, looked at the job once more and his team started the next day. They took their time and did a great job with the prep work and fixing what the first company had done. This was not a three day project like the first company was aiming for. They really took their time and did it correctly. He also guided me in selecting which colors should be used in certain areas. My home looks brand new. "We used Lux to install an Owens-Corning system in an unfinished basement. The project turned out beautifully and is very custom to our space- half carpeted, half flooring. Dan was very communicative and quickly took care of some finishing details that are the icing on the cake. It's amazing to be able to reclaim previously unused space and turn it into a heated, well-used room! While we aren't fans of Owens-Corning sales tactics, we went into it knowing what to expect and were able to get the price down to the ballpark that we were expecting, with a return on investment that is 100% worth it."

"Plow and Property has completed several projects for us on a very old and neglected rental property and we are so glad we found them. The first job was a vacant house clean out. The house was left in truly appalling condition. The cleaning crew worked and worked and worked so hard and so long I was telling them to stop. They made a filthy house fresh and pleasant again. I would not have thought it could be restored to such a fresh condition. The next job was replacing the old casement windows which were rotted wood frames in crumbly 1950s cement. They not only repaired the window foundation area but other foundation ugly spots as well and put in beautiful new sturdy basement sliding windows. They also re-dug and replaced the adjoining window wells which were undoubtedly the original wells and were falling apart. Regraded the foundation area around the wells and reseeded without being asked. While they were in the basement doing the windows they cleaned a bunch of that up too so it’s no longer a horror movie waiting to be filmed down there. Everything they did was simply above and beyond. Wesley Vercosa has returned my many questions and concerns with lots of information and smiles, bless him. My retired husband worked in construction for many years and he is happy and impressed with the work. We are planning more work with them already. We have multiple properties and I think we have found our new property manager."
