AJ & Neal were awesome.   They were professional, considerate of the surroundings, and always willing to stop and pause their work if I had any questions.   We really haven't had any significant rainfall, but after watching them perform the install of the downspout tie-ins and perforated pipe...I have no doubt my issues of water seepage should be gone.

"Extremely well! Troy is very detailed oriented, so he makes sure not to cut corners. Before we found Troy, we had other box store installers refuse to take up the old laminate, while acknowledging the likelihood of bumps and bubbles without pulling up. Troy didn't flinch! He knew it was best to remove the old stuff and start with new sub-flooring, even if it meant the job would be more difficult for him. Troy finished in a timely fashion, and it's beautiful...no bumps or bubbles!"

"I purchased an deal for $99 for 2 hours of labor.  Originally I intended to apply the time toward replacement of a shower faucet, but the same week, three gate valves in my basement began to fail.  Lew was very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule, and replaced all three valves with ball valves as well as the piping in the area.  I purchased an additional $150 worth of parts from Lew which are warrantied for a year.
What I appreciated most was Lew's evaluation of the shower faucet, which he looked at while he was at my house.  He pointed out that the faucet that I had purchased would not meet my long-term needs and made recommendations so that I could purchase (on my own) a model that would be better for me.  He also gave a very rough quote for the labor that would be required.  Lew could have just installed the faucet I purchased and waited until it failed in another year and installed another one and made twice as much money, but he didn't.  I'll certainly have him back again.

"We called the company twice about a renovation we're doing that requires trenching back to an existing building behind the house. The first time, it was about running the trench, and we didn't use them because they wanted $70 to come out and do an estimate. The second time it was to see if they'd install the plumbing in the new space (kitchen & bathrooms sinks, shower, outside spout), but they said they're a small company and can't have anyone on a job two weeks or more. The gentleman was upfront & straight-forward, nothing against them &  I gave them an average grade, I just wanted to put this review up to save anyone time who's looking for that sort of work. "The estimate for the construction for the two bathrooms included allowances for granite, cabinet, medicine chest, light fixtures, tile, faucets/shower heads, toilet, shower doors etc.  After visiting several vendors and selecting the materials a construction date was established. The demolition and construction crews were punctual on the first day of work.  On a daily basis, the construction crew were at my house promptly at 8:00 AM and were extremely professional, courteous, and meticulous in the preparation of the surrounding areas where the work was to be performed for the day.  All plumbing was replaced in the two bathrooms at the initiation of the project.  A mud floor was floated prior to the installation of the tile. The base board heating units were removed and new heating units were installed underneath the bathroom cabinets.  Tile was installed on the bathroom walls and then the floor.  Glass doors were installed over the granite saddle in the walk in shower.  The timeline was set out prior to the beginning of the project and construction was completed according to the schedule (six days per bathroom).  
The crown molding was a last minute add-on and looks beautiful.  It gives the entire first floor an added dimension.  
The kitchen faucet and plumbing was replaced along with the addition of granite counter tops and back splash.  Chrome handles were added to my kitchen cabinets to bring them up to date.  
The transformation of my home as a result of the construction projects have been outstanding.  The work done throughout my house looks fantastic.  
I would highly recommend this contractor as he is very trustworthy and honest.
