The person I scheduled with said that if the work was above a certain amount the service call fee would be waived. It ended up being above that price but the work was thorough! "Alpine Installations does excellent work and I highly recommend Gabe and his team. Gabe talked me through what needed to be done to get our five hail damaged windows replaced and all the business details then ordered the windows from Provia which he had recommended to me. The windows were much better quality and workmanship than I had expected judging from the windows I had seen at local big box stores and a very reasonable price as well. The installation team of Chris and Joe showed up with the windows and explained how they would do the installation then proceeded to get to work. I was very surprised to see the windows were packed in heavy cardboard boxes and not the usual plastic wrap of the box stores which gave me a good feeling about the quality of the windows since the manufacturer cared enough to pack them well. Chris and Joe are highly efficient and had worked together a lot, which showed in how they each knew what the other was going to do next, they are a great team. They were very willing to answer my questions during the installation and took great pains to ensure that the areas that they worked in were kept clean and did everything to my complete satisfaction at every step of the way. They are highly professional and provided excellent workmanship during the installation our new windows. I am now looking at getting the rest of our windows replaced with windows from Provia and installed by Alpine Installations. I will use them for other projects in the future as well. Alpine Installations is outstanding in all aspects of the job. I highly recommend Gabe and his team and the windows manufactured by Provia."
