"We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."

"Garage door wouldn't lower though motor appeared to be functioning. They sent out a contractor on a Sunday without an additional weekend surcharge. When he arrived, determined pretty quickly that the door was just stuck and that the opener was mechanically sound. Offered to do maintenance/lubrication at a discounted price, which I gladly accepted. Works perfectly now. I really appreciate that they did not try to push some kind of expensive repair that wasn't needed. Contractor was knowledgeable, very friendly and efficient."

"They came out and gave estimates of different options on garage doors (we had one that was cracked and needed replaced) and we wanted to replace the rest to match. They gave us options for the look, insulation and price range that we wanted. They were very professional, arrived on time and answered all of my questions. When it came time to do the installation, the installer was very professional and stayed until the job was complete. I would definitely use them again if my openers ever need to be replaced as well.

"5 years ago, we had our basement floor epoxied, and garage for replaced. Every guest that sees our floor, loves it, and obviously gets our recommendation for James and team.
