Called James from Ascension Garage Door Service when my garage door came off the spring. Turned out the incorrect screws were placed in the studs when it was installed. James quickly identified the problem and fixed my issue within 20 mins. I haven’t a problem with my garage door since. Very responsive. Quick service. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
