"I hired this company to come out and clean my travertine floor, but mostly to deep clean the grout and re-seal the flooring.  The grout in parts of the rooms where not used so much didn't need this kind of deep cleaning.  But the kitchen, entry, and powder room did.
Aaron's guy came out and did the job by himself initially after Aaron had reviewed what needed to be done, explained how it would be done, and gave an estimate.
Initially, after the first cleaning, I was hoping for a bit brighter appearance of the grout.  BUT, understand that I have a fairly light colored grout.  I called Aaron and we discussed his coming out again to re-do, AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO US.
Aaron and his employee came out again on the 30th and re-did the cleaning and re-sealed the tile.  It is still wet, and I can't walk on it for a couple of hours, but I feel the result will be what I am waning.
Aaron, hats off to  you for you dedication to doing an excellent job.  I so appreciate your coming out again, despite the time and money it costs YOU to re-do this to our satisfaction.
This company is GREAT.  Aaron is  responsive, and wants to please his customers.  He is easy to talk with and just an all around terrific guy.  I would recommend this company highly!
