Jessie was a true professional. He arrived on time, got us our quote within the day. Followed up to see if we had questions in a timely manner. Jessie had all his samples with him and a catalog to pick our sinks from. No pressure to sign a contract ever. He was understanding we needed time to decide. Treated my wife with respect (other sales people directed questions to me and not her, they made her feel invisible). Jessie’s prices were fair and reasonable, so we decided to go with him. The installation took a day and everything was as promised. He was careful and respectful of our space and time. Thank you Jessie for the excellent job and the beautiful countertops. He also made us two cutting boards at no extra charge.

We work with The Counter Top Guy on a regular basis. You will be hard pressed to find a better solid surface countertop pro. Jesse produces fantastic work and we have never had even one issue with the tops he has made for us. Jesse will go the extra mile to make sure its done right and to your satisfaction. I had been planning to use granite in my kitchen from another shop but just couldn't settle my mind with the choices so I kept looking and saw Jesse's write-up on Angie's for solid surface counter tops and called him. He returned my call promptly, apologetic that he had his saw running when I called and hadn't heard the phone. We made an appointment. I saw Jesse 3 times.  First to give me a rough estimate based on samples he brought and rough measurements he took. He emailed a bid the same day.  The second time was to finalize my materials choices, validate the bid, template the "naked" cabinets (the new cabinets were installed but had nothing on top) and take the new sink with him so he could install it in the counter top at his shop. He told me he would be back to install the counter tops the following week. He called the night before the install to confirm, then on install day called to say he would arrive earlier if that was OK. When he arrived he immediately set to work installing the counter tops and in just about 2 hours he was done. By done I mean the counter tops were installed, the was no damage to anything, AND the area was completely cleaned up. During all my contacts with Jesse, he was professional, no BS, gave me a fair price adjustment when I added some work at the last minute, did what he said he would do and left me feeling confident I had made the right choice. My counter tops are well-made, my sink will NEVER slip from its moorings, and I couldn't be happier with the results.  I highly recommend Jesse.

The process was quick and easy. We purchased an Angie's List deal. The responsiveness was professional. I scheduled the measurement, then selected the countertop from the fabrication shop and it was installed shortly after. The end result was fantastic.

Wow! If you are looking for a beautiful countertop Jesse (the countertop guy) is your man! After the initial call he was able to come to Colorado Springs and give us a quote 5 days later. I thought the quote might be high so I ran to Lowes to get a quote from them, same product, rip out of tile counter, and sink. Nope. Lowes was CONSIDERABLY higher! I called Jesse back immediately and he came back out and made a template. 10 days later he was back and installing! (Lowes was scheduling 4 weeks out) Jesse is professional, approachable, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend him to friends or family.

He did great. He came and gave us a quote and then did it. He was comparable to the Big Box store, which I found to be kind of surprising. He was overall very professional. I remember him being on time.

From start to finish our experience with Jesse was perfect. He came out with samples, and helped us pick the product that best fit our needs and budget. He didn't try to up sell us or con us into spending more. His price was far less than natural stone and the product is just as beautiful. The seams in the countertop are invisible and his measurements were perfect. The guy who quotes you is the guy who measures is the guy who fabricates is the guy who installs. You cannot go wrong with calling The Countertop Guy. We will absolutely be using him this summer when we do our bathroom.

I received a return call promptly.  The following day, they came to show me the samples and roughly measured for the amount of product they would need.
They answered all of my questions and had an excellent selection of product colors.  Later in the afternoon, they emailed me their estimate and set a date to template my counters.  They were very pleasant, professional, and thorough.
The following Saturday, they installed the new counters.  I am very pleased.  The new counters are beautiful and were installed perfectly.  They were very conscientious to tell me all the do's and don'ts with the use of the tops.
They replaced old dark Formica with beautiful light colored Corian.   I still walk around running my hands over the new beautiful surfaces.
I needed a plumber to reinstall my faucets.  They contacted a plumber for me and helped me set up a time for him to come by.
I really appreciate the pride these men have in their work.  Extremely happy with their work.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for the Counter Top Guy and contacted them about getting an estimate.  Jesse and Tom came to the house and made templates for the specified rooms and then emailed me with an estimate.  After receiving the estimate I requested an additional option - a cove countertop.  Jesse spoke with me and quoted the additional cost which we agreed to.  We set up a schedule for Jesse and Tom to do the installation.  On the date of installation they arrived on time and immediately started removing the existing counter tops.  Jesse told me he would disconnect the water lines and faucets but that we would need to schedule a plumber to reconnect the water lines and faucets.  We had purchased new faucets and Jesse marked the positions for the hot and cold handles before he drilled to ensure they were precisely where we wanted them.  One of the counter tops was in two pieces and once they finished you cannot tell where the seam was.  They cleaned the areas and there was no trace of dust left when they finished.  They did excellent work and we will call on them again to do more work.  I've talked to them about putting Corian in our shower.  I recommend them to anyone who is thinking about putting Corian in their kitchen or bathrooms.

Jesse was great about coming out for a free estimate and explaining all of our options. Once we decided to have the work performed, he was able to install the counter tops within 8 days of him coming out again to do precise measurements. He honored his bid without throwing in hidden costs at the end. The counters turned out great and seamless. He made the most out of the material and even made us a cool cutting board out of the scrap.
The only downside was having to have a plumber come out and hook up the sink where we ended up having to spend more than we would have liked on that. Jesse was very upfront that he does not do plumbing so it was really out of his control so I would still give him an 'A'.

This was my second time using the counter top guy.  He does such fantastic work.  Jessie is knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and courteous.  He advised on various options for the counter and for the edge.  He did a great job in a timely fashion and delivered a beautiful product.  I am extremely pleased.

The Counter Top Guy were prompt, reasonable and professional. They do finish work, fabrication and maintenance on stone and Corian. They came in for the estimate and set a time for work. They were on time. They did an excellent job. They were moderately priced. I had some bids that were extreme. But they turned out to be very competitive and they did real well.

Jesse did an excellent job.  He did most of the work himself, always returned phone calls, and followed up with touch up work.

We found this guy through Service Magic. We called him because  he received  high marks on Angie's list.  
The man was quick to respond to our initial request and arrived at our house the very next day to measure our kitchen counter space. On the spot he  estimated the job cost and we told him to go ahead with the work.  He explained that he was taking a vacation and would get to our project  first thing when he returned.  After ten days we called this guy repeatedly. He never returned our calls.  Importantly, If the guy did not want to do the work he could at the very least have called to tell say he would not be able to do the work.
Unless there were extenuating circumstances for this mans lack of response, I would never recommend him.

He was very professional. He arrived right on time. The work was finished in the time he stated.

He had plenty of samples to choose from. Once you pick the color and quality you like it only takes a few days for you to get it perfectly installed. My three restrooms look like new.

Work was performed proficiently.  Fit was accurate.  Installed per schedule.   Would be happy to use again.
