"DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS They up-charged the parts for my refrigerator by OVER $200 and then proceeded to charge $240 dollars in "labor" for 20 minutes of work. This was a fix I had done previously on my refrigerator for about $45 by myself. The job they did for this insane fee was performed because the technician couldn't speak English so he could not explain to me what the problem was, so I went with them on a bit of faith that it was an issue I could not handle. After the job and all this crazy thievery, was when I realized it was something I could have done on my own for HUNDREDS of less dollars. I waited to write this review until the manager called me back, which he did FIVE days after I asked to speak to them and then had to ask again. Please note that they will respond to this negative review below. Whatever they say will be a bold faced lie. Do not use this company, they are liars and cheats."

While Jason looked nice and professional, the entire work was done by the young apprentice who finished the job without locking the garbage disposal. Three month later water started pouring down and the entire garbage disposal simply fell off and dropped. I called and the lady who answered the phone argued with me that it was their fault and said she would forward the message to Jason. Then I have never heard back from them. Bad experience and I do not recommend them for sure."
