"I hired the Restoration Guild (as HOA president and individual owner of units )to complete the demo and restoration of a nine unit apartment complex that was engulfed by a large fire. This job was quite complex as there were multiple owners and the HOA common space to deal with. Everyone that came on site from the Restoration Guild was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. Mr. Tenney helped us to navigate the complex web of the multiple insurance claims ( different companies for the individual owners and the HOA. ) and permitting that came along with his project. Not only was the final project beautifully completed in a timely fashion. I do not believe that we would’ve been able to complete this project with cooperation from the insurance company without the help and competency from the Restoration Guild. "I asked Brian & Co. to remove and haul away a rotting breezeway between the house and garage. They got the demolition done in one day and the next, came back to restore fascia and soffits where the breezeway had connected. They matched the paint and hung the gutters and when they were done you would never have known the breezeway was ever there. Top-notch work, on time, right on budget, and they even left the dumpster a couple of days for my interior workmen to dump their debris as well. Communication throughout the process was terrific and they left the job spotless. I'd give them six stars if I could!"
