"Hired a professional to install 2 hand rails for my parents. One was installed on the front porch brick steps and one on the back porch brick steps. They arrived on time, installed both handrails quickly and safely. Handrails are sturdy, and now my parents lives are that much safer. Would recommend."

"Jerry was great! He’s the first one who got back with me and give me the bid within short turn around and his quote was very reasonable. He can get me on the schedule pretty quick and get the job done very quick too. I live out of state but he stays in good communication with me which make it so much easy and put me at ease for the entire time. I’m very happy with his quality of work, I can trust him that he will do a great job and I highly recommend him!"

"I hired the Restoration Guild (as HOA president and individual owner of units )to complete the demo and restoration of a nine unit apartment complex that was engulfed by a large fire. This job was quite complex as there were multiple owners and the HOA common space to deal with. Everyone that came on site from the Restoration Guild was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. Mr. Tenney helped us to navigate the complex web of the multiple insurance claims ( different companies for the individual owners and the HOA. ) and permitting that came along with his project. Not only was the final project beautifully completed in a timely fashion. I do not believe that we would’ve been able to complete this project with cooperation from the insurance company without the help and competency from the Restoration Guild. ( Through multiple meetings and immense documentation, The Restoration Guild was able to compel the insurance company to pay over 10x their original offer of compensation ) I would not hesitate to hire them for any construction work, namely, because of their: integrity, competency, and the quality of their work"

"I asked Brian & Co. to remove and haul away a rotting breezeway between the house and garage. They got the demolition done in one day and the next, came back to restore fascia and soffits where the breezeway had connected. They matched the paint and hung the gutters and when they were done you would never have known the breezeway was ever there. Top-notch work, on time, right on budget, and they even left the dumpster a couple of days for my interior workmen to dump their debris as well. Communication throughout the process was terrific and they left the job spotless. I'd give them six stars if I could!"

"Marshall is prompt, fair and careful. I would recommend him without any reservations. He does a great job!"
