This job was quite complex as there were multiple owners and the HOA common space to deal with. Everyone that came on site from the Restoration Guild was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about the entire process. Mr. Tenney helped us to navigate the complex web of the multiple insurance claims ( different companies for the individual owners and the HOA. ) and permitting that came along with his project.
