"I hired the Restoration Guild (as HOA president and individual owner of units )to complete the demo and restoration of a nine unit apartment complex that was engulfed by a large fire. This job was quite complex as there were multiple owners and the HOA common space to deal with. "Jimmie Ciccone came out and in less than a half hour got my AC system back running at top performance! He cleaned the sides of the condenser grill, checked the air handler, checked on frequency of filter changes and then found that the power breaker in the panel was off (apparently turned off and not recycled by the alarm installer). Once the system was running and pressure normalized he checked the refrigerant charge and said it was perfect!! He only charged for the service fee to come out!!! This is an honest and religious man (not in the evangelical, religion-for-profit sense, but in the Christian sense)!!!!! I will wholeheartedly recommend Jimmie Ciccone and True Blue Heating and Air to everyone who needs heating and AC work!!!"
