"I would like to take this opportunity to sing the praises of Liftech concrete leveling services. I contacted Liftech for a quote on leveling my garage floor back to original pour along with leveling a sidewalk and a structural flaw in my driveway. Ryan came out and gave me an estimate and i contracted with Liftech. Matt and his crew came in, did a preliminary inspection to make sure quote was accurate and got right to work. Very professional crew with state of the art van with all of the components needed. They did a fabulous job leveling everything, and i was amazed at how efficient they were and how well they worked as a team. I may never need them again, but if i do i will certainly use Liftech and recommend them very highly. Jim Bailey Lakewood, CO"

"Didn’t end up using him — yet — just waiting for spring (and a new HOA to get their stuff together so we can make it happen!). Merrill contacted me immediately, and arrived for 2 separate estimates and provided fair and honest estimates (as opposed to shady competitors). Family owned and operated, Denver Metro Concrete provided gave the most trustworthy estimate for the work I need, and it was the best and most fair price overall. Can’t wait for Merrill to come out and get it done!"

"Complete Basement Systems did a great job. My driveway and sidewalk are in MUCH better shape. I felt they did a thorough job in diagnosing the sources of my concrete problems. The only reason I didnâ  t give them 5 stars is that they were unable to completely level one of my driveway slabs - close, but not quite."

Hello neighbors and community, my name is Francisco, and I'm looking to keep my hands busy. I currently work as a concrete finisher and looking to assist anyone in the area. If you've been thinking to get some concrete work done or just add on to your backyard,(patios, steps, or making your driveway bigger).\n\nI've also got experience in lawn maintenance, wether you need lawn clean up or gutter cleaning maybe some rock/gravel around the home to add some POP or color to match the house I'm the one for it. Contact me with any questions or for a quote today. Thank you.

"Daniel Sanft and his family crew were easy to work with. They arrived as arranged, working two long days. Daniel has been doing concrete work for twenty years and was good with the repairs and keeping his crew on assignment. The color choices were limited, however, the price was within budget and with a few changes to their contract the details were covered. Of last note, I would recommend that the side walls next to the project be masked off to protect from over spray."

Concrete Leveling questions, answered by experts

Many contractors offer warranties for their work. Confirm terms before starting the project.

Polyjacking can be a permanent solution to sunken concrete if you also address the underlying issue—like poor drainage—at the same time. The polyurethane material itself can last as long as or even outlast the concrete you’re lifting it with. Your sunken concrete issue will likely return if you don’t couple polyjacking with proper drainage to prevent future soil movement and sinking.

Most states and municipalities don’t require concrete mudjacking companies to carry a specific license, but they usually need to have a general contractor’s license, and they should be fully insured. The only exception is if the mudjacking company provides foundation repairs as well, or if it offers mudjacking for home foundations. In that case, they will typically need a foundation repair contractor’s license. You can check state requirements and then use Angi’s license lookup tool to confirm that a company is properly licensed to provide mudjacking services in your area.

Trenching and boring are two distinct methods for installing underground utilities. Trenching involves digging a channel using equipment like an excavator, trencher, backhoe, or shovel. While it is a simpler process, it causes significant disruption to the surface, landscaping, and surrounding ecosystems.

Boring, also known as directional boring, is a less invasive alternative that uses a drill to create a tunnel for utility lines without disturbing the surface. This method is more precise and is ideal for installations that need to go underneath buildings, roads, or bodies of water. Although boring is less disruptive, it is generally more expensive than trenching.

Most houses are expected to settle over time, but foundation sinking of more than a few inches or uneven sinking of more than an inch for every 20 feet is cause for concern. Any significant or uneven sinking should be assessed by a professional to determine the cause and perform any necessary repairs.
