"There h was in time and did a great job installing luxury vinyl tiles in two baths and the laundry room. Looks great except there is a gap between the floor and molding. Not sure how to fix that in case we have a water issue all over the floor reaching the edges."

After removing most of the main tiles, Josh tried cleaning them, but my caulking with silicone made them unusable. My bad. So he bought some inexpensive tiles that matched our color and added a pretty granite pencil design to tie it in with our room color. Wow! On the fourth day, after cleaning everything up to a shine, I almost cried at the beautiful job they did.
