"I hired Black Rhino Custom to renovate my kitchen and replace the floors in the kitchen, main floor living space and hallways. From the first meeting with Austin and his team I was at ease, they made suggestions, listened to what I wanted and did not try to upsell. When they returned with samples for flooring, countertops and cabinets – they brought choices based on our original discussions. I could not be happier with the finished product, The Black Rhino team is professional and respectful of my home and my time. They showed up when promised, the estimated prices were adhered to and the quality of the products installed is as discussed and promised. Sure there were bumps in the timeline but Austin and his team smoothed out the issues and made things right and to my satisfaction. Sure stuff can happen during a renovation/remodel but Austin controlled what he could. Before hiring this team I did my research on the internet and called the references supplied by Black Rhino when I requested. All I can assume is most of us do not take the time to compliment a job well done and do not take responsibility for our role in the contracted work. I am already planning my next project with this team, will not consider using anyone else. Thank you Black Rhino Custom team, especially Austin, Leo and Riley, I love my new home!"

"Amanda was really very good!  At first I was very skeptical, thinking why did I pay money to just speak with someone on the phone about my kitchen remodel project... but after just a few minutes of her addressing some of the issues/questions I emailed to her earlier, I knew it was worth it.  It was very clear that she knew her business and she gave me several ideas that I had not even thought about.  I told her that I would definitely recommend her to friends and I will very likely use her again myself for my next home project!
