"Jhon demoed a horrible DIY job on a shower surround done by the previous owner. He water proofed the support walls and installed a new porcelain surround. The work was outstanding, looks great and I know I will not have to worry about any more problems with it. Jhon is very professional, punctual and left the work site extremely clean. I called Jim on Sunday morning at 11am. He answered, and first indicated that he didn't typically work on Sunday's, but offered to assist. He arrived within an hour, discovered that the problem was a bit more complicated, left to get more equipment, and returned again within about 30 minutes.
