While the workers were extremely nice, they did not arrive with basic moving gear: gloves, sliding pads, or hoist straps. They caused more damage than I'm comfortable with for a move. Furthermore, mid-transaction, the payment method changed, and the phone number became obsolete. I had concerns on the operational side."

However, I felt the pace was slow and I was uncertain about their experience/knowledge with moving. They did a good job but I wouldn't jump at the opportunity to recommend this company simply because the time it takes affects the cost of the move."
