Great!!! Both of the moves were kind and hard working.

The guys were wonderful right from beginning. They were on time, effiicent and amiable. They answered any questions that I had, and asked questions about items to make sure they were moving and packing in truck properly. I give them an A+ and would absolutely use them again!

Alex and Jesus did an exceptional job. They took special care when moving the entertainment center with a dolly and placed blankets on the hardwood floors. They called before arriving and were 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled appointment time. The sofas were gently placed in the location that I requested. I would definitely hire this company to work for me again.

They showed up on time - three men to move a Winchester 24 gun safe - google search will indicate that it is a a beast of a safe weighing in at 520 lbs - They did advise their may be damage to the dry wall going down the stairway due to the layout and size of the safe - we expected that and had our painters hold off until the safe was moved to finish painting incase we needed to patch the drywall - which we will have to do there was damage - The painters were waiting for them to move the safe so they took a break - the men had a very difficult time moving it up just the stairs outside -they first started with one set of stairs that would not work because the safe would have to be turned to get in the front door - so they went to the stairs that would allow them to go straight in the front door - the safe proved to be to heavy for two of them when they put/dropped the safe down it broke our stone at the foot of the stairs - When they attempted to move it into the house they damaged our front door - I at the that point asked if they had moved gun safe’s before - they replied yes yes many even one weighing more than ours - so they preceded to move the safe only to get it stuck and unable to move it without more assistance- our painter who used to be a mover offered some tips on how to move this - they said no they got it - at that point they advised us another person was on their way - so we waited and our painters waited for well over an hour - this was after one hour had already passed when the 4th person arrived their was more pushing and lifting and conversation on how to get this done - they did get it done - Just not in a very professional way - and the damage left behind far greater then expected - I did tell them my review would not be favorable and he preceded to tell me my husband lied to him about the weight of our safe - he said that it weighed at lest 800 lbs - All I can say if you need a gun safe moved this is not the company to use .

Alex and Jesus from Road Runner Moving & Storage did a fantastic job. They were hardworking and very professional. They asked questions along the way to make sure everything was going as expected. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better moving experience, I am very glad we used Road Runner and would definitely use this crew (specifically Alex & Jesus!) again. Highly recommended.

This was the third move for us in 18 mos. and we had done much consolidating in preparation the move. The movers were scheduled to arrive at 9am, but did not get there until 930. There was crew of three, which we were happy about because the three previous moves were done with a crew of two. As we were very excited to move into our new home, we hoped this meant that this move would be quicker than the others, especially since we had gotten rid of a lot of stuff since the last move. That was not the case, by a long shot! It was quickly apparent that crew that was sent to us could not possibly have been professional movers. Moving is very physical work that requires strength, stamina and knowledge. Our crew did not meet any of these qualifications. They were ridiculously slow and careless. Keep in mind that we had EVERYTHING packed and disassembled for them when they got there, all they had to do was wrap furniture and load boxes. We had one bedroom set, (minus the mattress), living room furniture (couch, loveseat, chair, coffee and end tables) and office furniture. No appliances (except a small wine fridge) and no washer or dryer. We had already moved 90% of the garage, the flatscreen tv's, large picture and artwork, etc. The elderly gentleman of our crew spent the first 2.5 hours wrapping the furniture in shrink wrap. This should have been a 30 min job, maximum, especially since there were no blankets wrapped under the shrink wrap like there was in our previous moves to protect our furniture. Once that gentleman had finished shrink wrapping he started loading boxes from the basement onto a two wheeler so he could wheel them 25 ft down the sidewalk to the truck parked RIGHT in front of our place. He literally spent more time stacking and unstacking boxes on the two wheeler than he did wheeling them outside to the curb to load them on the truck. As this was going on, the other two crew members were carrying the furniture outside, tag teaming the larger items, and taking some on their own. One of these two crew members was huffing and puffing so much that we honestly worried about him having a heart attack! He asked two times during the loading process to take a break because he was so out of shape. It took 4.5 hours to load up our townhouse. None of our three previous moves had taken longer than 4.5 hours START TO FINISH with travel time!! It's a 35 min drive (with heavier traffic, this was a Saturday) from the old place to our new house. We waited and waited at the new house for the truck to arrive, even knowing that they were stopping for a 30 min lunch break. It took them an hour and 45 minutes to arrive at the new house. They needed an extra break they said. The unloading process was not much faster than the loading process. We removed the shrink wrap from everything ourselves so the movers could focus on just getting our things off of the truck. As we removed the shrinkwrap, the damage to our furniture started to reveal itself and it was horrible. Gashes and scratches on many of our pieces. When our couch (granted it is heavy but other companies had handled it with no problems whatsoever and there was a step staircase involved previously) was being carried into the house, the moves rammed into the wall in the front hallway, cracking the drywall and then proceeded to scrape the rest of the wall as they moved down into the family room. We also ended up with a hole in the wall at the bottom of the basement stairs, as well as chipped corners in walls and door frames. And this is a BRAND NEW house that we had just done the closing walk thru on, so this was all new damage. We also had damage to walls in the townhouse which we had to fix ourselves due to the time crunch of having to be moved out. The entire move with three crew members took 9.5 hours, more than twice what it had taken in the three previous moves with only two movers, in which there was Zero damage! And in case you're wondering, we would have happily used the previous moving company but they relocated to Nebraska. In our attempts to try to deal with all the damage and the ridiculous amount we were charged we've had to call over and over and have been subjected to insults and rudeness from the manager. The owner was supposed to be "looking into things" and calling us back, but that was over two weeks ago, we have not heard from her since and still have no resolution to the majority of our complaint. They did send someone out to try to touch up the 9 pieces of furniture and walls that were damaged, and that guy did a decent enough job covering up the scratches, but we had to take time off of work, twice, because the first time he came out he had faulty product. So not only did we pay at least twice as much for seriously inept movers, it's now cost us hundreds of dollars in missed wages. Do not under any circumstances hire this company!!!

Brian, Pedro, and Jesus from Road Runner Moving did a great job today! I had some very heavy and expensive furniture that they carefully wrapped and moved with no damage to the furniture or either house. They were cheerful and professional. They also helped move around some additional items that were super heavy at our new house. The guys were truly great and would use them again!

Perfectly! All deadlines were meet! Crew was polite thoughtful, helpful and we would hire again in a heartbeat! Couldn’t beat the price (trust me I checked) - but even still the work, the quickness and everything went perfect. Won’t move without using Road Runner ever again!

Fantastic job - from scheduling to the last box into the new place, it was as good as we've seen in the many major moves we've done. Office staff/scheduling: A+. Movers themselves: A++. They were simply great people and they worked really hard and carefully. By the end of the move I felt like we knew them because of just how nice they were. Price: A+. These grades are given with past moves in mind, by major names in moving, that were B+ at best. I have never used a moving company that I wanted to rave about, but this is the one.

I would not recommend this mover. I paid them to pack my kitchen and there were several things broken. My furniture was badly scratched and my landlord charged me to repair the door that the moving company messed up. Other things were broken and damaged. Theprice was 3 times the estimate.

The guys were awesome. They moved me in a timely manner. They worked hard and they were very professional and very careful with my stuff. I've already told others about using them when they move.

Excellent, very flexible, we helped move small boxes to the truck not loading. John did not give up to get the sectional thru the door, was close to not fitting. Positive make it happen attitude. Hard working and fast paced yet careful. Have already referred a friend who has them scheduled for his move.

This moving job exceeded our expectations! Given that we needed an end-of-month move (busiest time of the month for movers), and they were able to accommodate us even on late notice, I was concerned that they might have to rely on fill-in labor to get the job done. One of the movers on this job was seemingly very part-time, but he was well supervised and as hard-working as the others. It was a hot day, and these guys kept at it until the job was done, managing the project well. They were respectful of our belongings, courteous, and quick-moving. What more could I ask for? We were very pleased. On our next move, we will definitely call them again.

The moving crew was 1.5 hours later than the time given me by the person I set up the move with. I had to call the company to get a call from the crew leader telling me they were sorry they were late, but they were on their way. The crew was pleasant and efficient in their packing of my goods. They however packed several items, one they were told specifically did not go, that should have stayed at the house I was moving out of. I admit that I did not constantly watch the crew during packing, but was surprised they packed items from a room I told them was empty and they didn't need to worry about. In transit, due to poor loading of the truck, they damaged a box, which luckily contained paper and so the contents were not damaged beyond repair. They did not quickly move the high value items into the apartment in the unloading process, and when asked to move a TV into the apartment that was sitting in the open end of their truck the attitude expressed in agreeing to do so was arrogant and unprofessional. They damaged a small microwave cart in the unloading process, which is not repairable, so is total loss. Though I cannot prove it, I believe the damaging of the cart was avoidable and due to poor technique on the part of the crew member. It is not worth filing a claim with the company for the damage. I was much less satisfied with this move than my previous move in June with the company. At this time I do not plan to use the company on future moves. I was not impressed with the crews technique or skills, and the move was a bigger hassle than I had expected based on past experience with the company and other local moving companies.

There was miscommunication and the movers showed up an hour early at the storage unit. However, when I told them I could not be there until the time I expected them, they said there was no problem. Once we met at the storage unit, the crew said they would not charge me for the time they had to wait, and di not charge me. They quickly loaded the contents of the unit into their truck, drove over to my house, and unloaded my stuff into the house. The load and transit went well. Overall the unload went well, though there were a few boxes placed in locations inconvenient to me, which I did not notice until they had left. The were more than willing to reposition furniture to where I wanted it, and waited while I vacuumed areas where big items needed to be placed. The crew was pleasant and professional, and I ma happy with the service I received.

Vince, Steve, and Matthew did a GREAT job! They were very professional and made sure my move went smooth. I was extremely satisfied with their work and I would hire them again in the future.

I could not have been happier with the Roadrunner crew! These guys were truly amazing!! They showed up on time and worked hard the entire time they were here. They did an amazing job loading the truck to get all my stuff in one load. The move into my new house was NOT easy, as it is on a hill, and they had to haul my stuff up numerous steps to from the van to the house, but they did it all with a smile and didn't let it slow them down at all! They were friendly and professional and got the entire move done in record time. Highly recommend!!

The crew was on time (actually a little early), were loaded, and on the road within two hours. They didn't dawdle on the trip and they unloaded everything quickly at the new location. It was a really good experience!!! They were professional, competent, and did a fine job. Juan is the man with whom I made arrangements, and he was PATIENT and accommodating. I was very impressed with the whole operation.
