Buyer beware!!!! This contractor is extremely unreasonable and unprofessional.

Overcharged for the service. Claimed to be licensed to perform restoration/remodeling work, for which is not licensed. Claimed to work under a parent company for restoration/remodeling work, which is not legal. After 6 months, the project is not complete. Numerous excuses for protracted delay in work completion. Threatens to cease work with additional demands for payment. Abominable quality of work. We have to spend several thousand dollars to remediate the work promised and not done and to repair the poor quality of work and damage done to our home.

Very personable, reliable, finished the job in a very timely manner. I will continue to utilize Evolving Concepts for home projects.

Evolving concepts dried out my crawl space and sprayed for possible mold. Did a really great job and were very professional.

Evolving Concepts, LLC, were extremely professional, clean, patient, accommodating, understanding, and basically, a pleasure to work with. Daniel Rael, the Project Manager, and his crew removed my original vanity, once I realized there was water coming out from the base, as well as an appearance of Black Mold! I was freaking out because I never heard, smelled or sensed any problem. Daniel, came over the same day I called, evaluated the problem, then sent his crew in to deconstruct the vanity, and see the vast accumulation of Mold behind the vanity. I asked Daniel, why I had no idea this was happening, and how long the leak was active to create this enormous amount of mold? He said, it had to be happening over a long period of time, and leaking continuously, but was too small to cause any immediate awareness. Bottom Line: The crew set up a containment barrier, between my bathroom and bedroom, exhausting any dangerous mold spores, out of my bedroom window, as they were removing everything that was affected. His crew had to rip out my vanity, (which was trashed), remove the contaminated sheetrock on my and my husband's common wall, then thoroughly scrubbed and disinfected every square inch of Mold bearing surface. By the time they finished, it looked like new construction! A new vanity was located and installed, along with new sheetrock, matched paint, and texturing. I was so happy that I found Evolving Concepts, LLC, through the Angi's website, that I would most certainly use them again, if at all necessary. KUDOS, to Daniel, and his crew, for creating my five ☆☆☆☆☆ bathroom! Whew!
