"In addition to the gutter guards which were installed and the downspouts buried, Thrasher also changed out a misfitting basement window well and cover, and installed a Sadona dehumidifying system. Jonah and his crew of Corrin and Luis were excellent at the work they did. I was called before they arrived, to ensure I was ready for them to start work, and Jonah went over the work with me prior to starting, to confirm what was to be done. Completely professional. "Michael kept me informed by text of his arrival time. He found that the crack in my foundation was just on the surface, not all the way through. He said my cracked garage floor could be supported by injected polyurethane and recommended a company that could do that. He told me about a grated trench? that could drain the water that sits in front of my garage, freezes, and has badly damaged the apron. Michael has been very helpful already."

Not only did he clear the main, but he installed a new clean out. Andrew is very personable and communicates well. "Jim came sooner then expected. Look at the fithy drain and gave a reasonable estimate. Stating if he didn't have it finished in about an hour then he would have to come back and do more extensive work.
My drain was clogged with debris from recent construction and pack in the very well. Jim started and was done before I had time to question it.
He made sure the drain was working and the were no debris holing anything up.He clean my mess and his mess, very tidy.
Jim came in was very professional and polite. He talk in a manner that I understood and not professional jargon. Very tidy in appearce and work.
