Had a very discouraging consultation with this company regarding a bathroom remodel estimate. My husband and I went in hoping to schedule an in home consultation which has been typical of previous estimates from other contractors. The woman who helped us made it clear that she did not want our business when she asked us rather bluntly how much money we were planning on spending and when it was less than $10,000, telling us that they "don't even touch the wet space for less than that". I was surprised that this $10,000 estimate only included the shower...not even the rest of the bathroom and mentioned that we had already demo'd our very small bathroom entirely only to be told that wouldn't save us any money. Without having seen the space, getting dimensions or hearing about the layout, I was surprised at how quickly we were dismissed and a home visit was not even scheduled because she "didn't want to waste our time or their time". We were told that it was "impossible" to have our bathroom done for less than that, implying that anything less would be poor quality and that these type of bathrooms, (the vast majority) are in shambles within 5-7 years. In a town of craftsmen and welders, this surprised me. What's more important, is that I have since learned her stately to be completely false just based on other bids from general contractors here in town. My husband and I are not so young or so naïve that we don't understand the expense and work involved in remodeling. We both work full time and save money for any projects we have in mind and are very excited and optimistic regarding the start of any new project. However, I walked away from their showroom feeling frustrated, looked down upon and genuinely discouraged. Quite frankly, if I had $10,000 or even a million dollars, I most definitely would not be spending it at Re-bath. My advice is that if do you go there looking for a quote, leave the Bentley at home and roll-up in your overalls, callused hands and trusty-rusty...and don't let any salesperson make you feel like you aren't worth their time.

The salesperson, Sue Fishko was a true professional and helped me pick and choose everything I was wanting to put in.  I provided my own tub and drain kit outside of their services as they didn't offer exactly what I was looking for in selection of those fixtures.  Vince Medina was my installer, and he was a true professional.  He did his work very promptly and diligently, a true professional through and through.  I work nights, so had to sleep in the room right next to where he was working all day,  which was a little awkward I'm sure for the installer, but he got everything done and kept it fairly quiet as needed.  The fit and finish in the end was perfect.  I waited a month to post the review to make sure everything was working and settled right, and it's been truly amazing.  I can't say enough about the work and service I received, and would recommend them to anyone.  Service is not cheap, but you certainly get the quality you would expect for your money.

My husband and I hired Rebath (owned by Rick D. Patterson; 1010 Aspen Place; Pueblo, CO 81006; 719-542-0471) to take out the old shower in our master bath and replace it with one of theirs.  From the very first encounter of their Sales Representative, Tim Lancelot, to the installation of the new shower by Neil, we were extremely pleased.  There were never any ?high pressure sales tactics? when Tim came to our home, took measurements, evaluated the current situation, etc., and diligently worked for solutions and price quotes - with our best interest in mind - as a complementary service.  Upon making our decision to hire Rebath for the job, we received a timely appointment for the work to be completed.  Neil is the young man who did all the work, which he completed in only two days.  He was very conscientious about the cleanliness of our home, laying down protective materials for my carpets from the front door to the bathroom.  He cleaned as he went along, and didn?t leave a single trace of construction being done.  He took away all evidence of the old shower that we had, replaced the subfloor up to the ceiling, and completed all the work in a confined area in a manner that we had no disruption to our lives.  We have two very large dogs, a cat, and a kitten who were investigative and ?helpful,? but Neil handled them beautifully.  His work was that of a quality craftsman, and there were no mistakes or ?shortcuts? taken.  We never felt that we needed to ?babysit? or ?supervise,? and we trust him impeccably.  His attention to detail was of the finest caliber.  He was friendly, yet professional, and he was one of the most competent workers I?ve ever seen.  It was obvious that he took great pride in his work and his company, and we would not hesitate to give him the highest marks as a representative of the company.  We would hire this fine organization again, in a heartbeat, if the need arose.  Without a doubt, we would highly recommend Rebath to any of our friends and neighbors who want quality work at reasonable prices done!  Thank you for your time.  ~ Sherri Lynn Beach

Excellent!  The consultant was extremely helpful and very professional.  All the workmen were very professional and responsive to our concerns and suggestions.  The new bathroom is beautiful and was done on time.  During the process we were never left without use of the toilet.  The new clean outs were unexpected and an extra expense, but were necessary and not the company's fault.  We were aware we could have had it done cheaper, but we wanted the high standards that this company has a reputation for!
