"This company had very competitive prices. Was easy to work with and did a great clean up job. My home project was to sand and stain a large wrap around deck. They sanded down thru 20 years of tinted stain and put 2 coats of tinted stain on. My railing with spindles are a different color than the deck you walk on and they did a great of being careful not to get the deck stain on the spindles. I really enjoyed the ease of communication with them. As it was spring, thus rain, we had to be in communication about adjusting time and days due to the rain. Additionally I appreciated that because of weather and other jobs they had to do, I was not put off and kept at the top of the list to complete the job. I got a quote from them to do the railing and spindles, the price is so fair that I may not get other bids."

"Joe came out to do a bid on pressure washing, staining and painting our home outside of Woodland Park. He gave us an honest and fair bid using Messmer’s Exterior oil based stain. David and his crew came up 2 weeks later and did an amazing job of pressure washing the house and repairing holes/cracks on siding & trim boards. A few days later they were back masking the windows and started staining. Total of 3 days to do staining and painting trim and garage door. They cleaned up all masking materials and our home looks amazing!"

"Our home needed most of the wood-based trim to be replaced, and both the home and the standalone 4 car garage needed paint. Candace was a pleasure working with during the contracting and execution of the project, and helped us select a color that we are very happy with. Gio replaced all of the home trim with Hardiboard. I was very pleased with Gio's confidence and ability to manage the trim replacement around our second story deck. His team removed gutters in order to replace the trim. Then, they painted the gutters and reinstalled them. I was also pleased with Gio's experience using the Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint.
