Tony responded immediately via text and we set it up for Wednesday. Kody called before our appointment window asking if we wanted him to arrive earlier - which worked out great. We gave him the code to our new condo’s front door, left the unit unlocked and when we finished closing and returned, he was wrapping up and did a great job. He was super professional and friendly. He was conscientious ensuring the hoses did not rub against the front door or cause any damage. Highly recommend this company and specifically Kody!"

"Update *4/15/19*: The claims stated in Sparklean's response are bordering on being libelous, defamation of character, and threatening. I have posted the conversation with Sparklean below, where I specified the rooms in my house that I wanted them to clean. I also requested someone to come to my house for an estimate, Sparklean declined and gave me a price of $275.00 by Angie's List message center. I did not misrepresent or try to deceive Sparklean as to the condition of my house or the number of rooms to be cleaned. In the messaging, I mention having a puppy who still has accidents in the house, and there are pee pads down for her, and asked if this would be a problem for Sparklean. They did not object. There were no pet messes in the house when the cleaners arrived, which a family member and the employee who was not in charge can verify. If my house were full of feces and urine, why would they have come in at all, much less walk though my living room all the way to the master bed and bathroom? I would object to walking in feces and urine, and the smell would be nauseating. Sparklean also stated that they would be glad to provide a copy of our message center conversation, which is copied below, and give my private, personal information out to anyone who asked them to see it. This is a blatant threat, seeing how she could give my personal details to potential ID thieves,etc without my permission. I don't think Sparklean realizes the seriousness of their words.
