Fantastic. Brian is an experienced pro who was able to fix my 2-car garage door that I accidentally broke by backing my car. This happened on a Wednesday. Brian was there that afternoon, and by Friday afternoon both garage doors were fully replaced! They were able to pick the new doors up at their distributor in Denver. The installation went perfectly and now we have nice, quiet insulated doors.

Repaired immediately at good price. Came out immediately upon call (8:15am). Great and friendly service. Very good price. Could not have been happier. Repair was complete in less than 45 min.

Since we had insulated glass in the doors, the springs had to be adjusted to accommodate the extra weight. He came down personally to fix that. A few weeks later, a misalignment of the safety eyes caused the double door to not close. Brian fixed that within one day.

The technician arrived on time. He completed the work in approximately 30 minutes. When he was finished, he thoroughly explained what he did to our garage door. He went further to explain how he calibrated the springs to our specific area so the door will function longer. In addition, he adjusted our 2nd, single car, garage door at no additional cost.
We didn't realize out loud our garage door operated until it was adjusted properly. Now it's very quiet.

My 80 year old disabled mother had an old garage door opener without any safety features. One day as she was leaving, the door knocked her down and seriously injured her knee. I called around and got the best quote from Brian. When he arrived he was very understanding of my mothers needs and asked the right questions to determine where to place the openers and key pad. He did a great job and his customer service was the best! I have a garage door that needs replaced and will definitely use him.

My garage door was damaged and I could not close the door. I needed someone to come to my house right away so I wouldn't have to leave the garage door open all night. Even though it was already 3:30 pm when I called, Brian came to my house within an hour and fixed the garage door. He also noticed that one of the springs was broken and he fixed that in the same service call.

Brian called me back quickly and talked about our problem over the phone. Our door was starting to bend the track, and Brian pretty much knew over the phone how to fix it. We set up a day/time and he came by promptly and replaced a broken spring in the door.
The door worked great afterwards, but in a week or so it developed a squeak. I called Brian back and he came by and did a few more adjustments/lubing and it worked terrific and has ever since.

The door broke over the weekend and on Sunday, I left a message on his voicemail. He called me at 7:30 on Monday morning and offered to come out at noon that day, which was great because we were expecting a below-zero cold snap starting the next day and wanted to get the door back in use. He showed up on time, spent time diagnosing the problems, let us know what was wrong, and gave us choices about what we could do. We decided it would be best to have all the springs replaced, not just the broken spring, so we can avoid a future service call. The price was reasonable for the service we received. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else in need of garage door help.

I am very happy with the overall experience. The work and interaction with them was very professional. All of my questions were answered and they did not try to upsell at every opportunity. I would definitely use them again for any garage door work.

We had been planning to replace our garage door in Spring 2010, but in early February the old spring on our old door broke. We called Brian (who previously installed a new openers for us) and he was out the next day. Since we had planned to get a new door, he offered to temporarily replace the broken spring for no charge, if we ordered a new door. We decided at that time to order a new aluminum door. He came back the next day to replace the spring (took only a couple of hours), and we scheduled an appointment for 3 weeks later when the new door arrived. The new door arrived, he scheduled a specific day, arrived on-time, and replaced the door in only a few hours.

Our old garage door opener stopped working after stripping it's gears. We called Brian and he was out the next day to give us an estimate. We liked Brian, and he was able to come back and install a new opener within only a few days. He arrived on-time and was done within a couple of hours.

It went great. They charged $350 for replacing the garage door opener, and $150 for the other service. These guys were great. I will never deal with anybody else again. He is an independent guy and has a good business.

I called Brian on Tuesday morning and he came out and fixed the garage door springs that afternoon. He was flexible with the time of the repair. he completed the repair in a timely manner and charged what he said. I would definitely call him again.

Replaced a garage door damaged by hail. Completed work quickly and efficiently. Used this company again when I needed the garage door of a rental property repaired with new springs. Both times he arrived promptly and did a great job.

Within 3 hours after I called them they had been to the job, called to tell me what they found and did: replaced bad pulley(s), adjusted springs, lubed tracks, re-connected and adjusted opener on one of the doors, added pull ropes to the 2 doors without openers and had everything working properly. Total cost for parts and labor $150 plus tax.
