The service I received was awesome. I got a call back right away, and David came out that same day to look at my garage door. He worked hard to try to fix it, but unfortunately it needed to be replaced. The cost was too much for me at the time, ($500) and I advised him I would need to save up for a little while to get it replaced. He offered to try and find me a used part that may be more affordable, which I was totally Ok with. He was able to find me a used but in very good condition opener for a price I was able to afford, ($200) and came out on a Sunday, in a ton of snow, and replaced it :) He was very polite and very knowledgeable. He even helped me program the garage door to my vehicle so now I can just push a button in my truck and open the door without a clicker! I didn't even know my truck could do that ! And the opener he found for me is much newer and quieter than the one I had. I am very happy with the service and I will definitely use them again if I ever have a problem with my garage door.

The response was same day and the garage door was fixed in 40 minutes. I appreciated that the repairman asked questions about the history and usage of the garage door. He then made a couple of recommendations along with cost estimates. He was very courteous, efficient and cleaned up the worked area.
