"I had renters that were allowed 1 outdoor dog. Without my knowledge they had 4 dogs, that were allowed in and out of the house at will. Two of the dogs were small, but still. Pee is pee. To say that the urine smell was "strong" would be an understatement. Timberline made no promises about being able to 100% remove the stench but they did promise they'd do their best. Oh my goodness. I can't smell anything but clean! They double treated high traffic areas as well. Things look and feel so much better. I'm eventually going to remove or replace the carpets, but in the meantime, this cleaning saved me so much money and bought me some time until I have to redo the floors. Thank you so very much."
