I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality.
