"Excellent experience with this company from the first call to schedule a bid to the final inspection. It was clear when we first called the Egress INC office that this company offers superior customer services. The women we spoke with on our initial call to schedule an appointment were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They gave an overview of the bidding process and a gross estimate of the costs. The owner came out to provide a very detailed estimate and provided a potential timeline. Again, clearly knowledgeable and very professional individual. There was no high pressure sales, but instead a detailed explanation of the company, its employees and the work. We immediately felt a sense of reassurance that the work would be completed by experts. The installation team was equally professional, polite, pleasant and extremely respectful of our home. Prior to each day of work we were fully informed of the schedule and work to be preformed. all work was completed on time and, in fact, a day ahead of the original schedule. The office staff did a great job of keeping us informed of the county inspection schedule, including a follow up call to make sure all had gone well. The inspector commented that the job was well done. A few days later we had another basement remodeling professional out for a quote on finishing our basement. He commented that the job was well done and that he often needs egress window installs on his projects and asked for Egress INC contact information. Without hesitation we highly recommend Egress INC. "It went wonderful, BK Contractors were just wonderful to work with, his main crew Paulo, Louis, Vincente, and Leno. They were Professional, easy to talk to, willing to answer any questions I had (I had a lot questions for them), they explained everything I asked and went out of their way to insure that we were satisfied. I was really impressed with their thoughtfulness and the attention they paid to detail. I have never met a contractor like Paulo. His crew would point out things on the house that other contractors have done that were sub par (not to sell more work, for them but so that we were aware. In most the areas they did repairs from the prior contractor's mistakes and did not charge us any extra.) In the end I can say that we are so pleased we have new siding, trim, gutters and decided to trim the house in the front with stacked stone. In short our home is beautiful thanks to Paulo and his crew. The price he charged was more than reasonable and work they did was beyond excellent. We could not be any happier with our home as it looks brand new! "It went great! The work was done quickly with attention to doing it right and to my satisfaction. Hire these guys! Five star is not high enough in my opinion. This company replaced siding on one side of my house with James Hardie cement siding and did an outstanding job, so I hired them to replace 8 windows and to replace the trim with cement siding trim. I interviewed 3 other window companies and most do not place protecto tape underneath the trim or replace the trim. The trim on our house was 20 years old and some of it was soft, The builder did not put protecto tape under the trim or weather wrap under the siding when it was built. The caulking had failed and some of the old windows had leaked and there was no protection under the windows or under the siding, so there was rot. GS Exterior Experts did a fabulous job when installing the windows. They removed rotten pressed wood and patched with new and they removed soggy wood and replaced with new under the window sill of a bay window. The replaced trim looks so much better than it did originally! They also did a great job of installing the windows. The front window is a bay window with window panes and it was difficult to install because it had been originally installed unevenly so the panes did not match. Also the window opening was a sloppy square with uneven sides horizontally and vertically. Needless to say, it looks great now. I thought the price reasonable because of the superb carpentry and use of James Hardie cement trim and of course, the very good window installation. Ken, the foreman and carpenter and Keith Vigil, the owner are devoted to doing an excellent job and succeed."
