"Next time you walk by an egress window on one of these flipped homes - check out the workmanship - crooked, leaking glue out the sides, certainly no permit. I know this because I have witnessed it AND I called one of those "cheap" window people for an estimate (notice how they are ready at the drop off a hat and then drop out of sight when there are problems? The window placed by Egree Inc is perfect. Was it more expensive - not much more than as egress window placed in 2013 that was equal in quality. It was also permitted, inspected, and sits level without leftover glue seeping out the sides. Was there a wait time - not more than I would expect from any quality provider. I was kept informed on the timeline and the window was completed as promised. BONUS - the workmanship is guaranteed and the company will be around to stand behind the workmanship. Excellent work."

"It went wonderful, BK Contractors were just wonderful to work with, his main crew Paulo, Louis, Vincente, and Leno. They were Professional, easy to talk to, willing to answer any questions I had (I had a lot questions for them), they explained everything I asked and went out of their way to insure that we were satisfied. I was really impressed with their thoughtfulness and the attention they paid to detail. I have never met a contractor like Paulo. His crew would point out things on the house that other contractors have done that were sub par (not to sell more work, for them but so that we were aware. In most the areas they did repairs from the prior contractor's mistakes and did not charge us any extra.) In the end I can say that we are so pleased we have new siding, trim, gutters and decided to trim the house in the front with stacked stone. In short our home is beautiful thanks to Paulo and his crew. The price he charged was more than reasonable and work they did was beyond excellent. We could not be any happier with our home as it looks brand new! We were surprised to pay less than what we thought it going to cost us and the finished project is more beautiful than we could have imagined! "The project was a mid-size to bigger size project that included removing parts of the old siding, soffits, fascia boards, gutters and downspouts and window shutters. The siding was replaced with James Hardie siding with a combination of lap siding and shingles and custom window trim. Shutters were replaced with cedar shutters and all gutters were replaced with seamless gutters. Overall the work completed was top notch . We did have a minor issue with the window trim, but that was fixed to what we were good with and they gave us credit on the final payment for the issue. The GS crew was great to work with, very friendly and very responsive. I would definitely hire them again."
