"I had a broken water heater. I called Euro Plumbing at 5:12 pm. They sent a technician to look at it within the hour. The technician determined the whole water heater needed to replaced. He went and got what he needed and replaced it that very evening. He even changed all the valves and connections to bring the whole thing up to code. And on top of all that, the price was very reasonable, with no added charge for same-day or after-hours service. We'll definitely be calling Euro Plumbing for everything from now on! Unbelievable service."

"Initially I requested an estimate for a plumbing project already in progress with some challenges. Keith responded immediately to get details and schedule to come out to look at what was needed. He proposed a solution that eliminated any impact to walls or tile to replace old valves and faucets. He and his team completed the work on time and were neat and professional and results were better than I expected. There was no damage at all to what was old tile. I subsequently had him assess an old water heater and decided to replace it. It had to go into a very small areas and be upgraded to code and he was able to solution the replacement to fit perfectly in the limited space. Previously on the project we had noticed a periodic odor of gas but no one had verified a source. Keith identified a leak in the area of the furnace right next to the water heater. We had decided to upgrade the furnace and AC and again Keith and his team were able to get an order in quickly, get the install done exactly as committed and fixed the gas leak in the process. Based on the quality of work performed in each case and the expertise of the team I hired Plumbing Tree again to assess an old furnace and AC at my primary residence. The furnace had been failing at the end of the winter but I waited for summer to replace and it had deteriorated and was not safe. Keith evaluated and gave me two options and was able to get the order in immediately after I decided to go ahead. He scheduled the install within a few days. His crew was on time and completed the install of furnace and AC in one day. Again they were neat, efficient, described all the changes from the old furnace and thermostat to the new and answered all my questions. Everything has been functioning just as I expected for both heat and AC. I recommend Plumbing Tree for these services based on quality and reliability - also cost was competitive and the team they used had the expertise required. "The solar electric system is now installed and functional 5.5 KW Grid tie system. Standard Relewable sub-contracted much of the work, and I had to deal with several Standard Renewable people over the course of the project. I paid in two payments by credit card. They were very slow to make arrengements to take the second payment. There were several times when it was difficult to get response by email. I emailed several times to make the final payment, and could not get them to do so. The conduit in the Attic is run so that it crosses open space at head knocking height. Over all the system is installed and working, but lacks fine touches"

"Please Read!!! After looking for over 2 months I came across Golden Solar. At first I was impressed with the communication, happy with the reviews and the agreed price till I sign in a contract then all communication stopped. The second day they came out and surveyed the property and I thought that this is going to move quickly and I"ll be generating my own power soon. Well this was the end. 1 month later no call or no updates and no return calls. I called and talked to the owner and ask what is going on!!! He didn't have a answer for me. After 2 months again no calls no updates and no return calls. I called and talked to the Sales person and ask what is going on!!! He also didn't have any idea but said he was going to the office and have a meeting with the owner and on Monday will have a firm installation date. Monday came and again NO CALLS so on Tuesday I called and talked to the owner and he said that he could not do the job because of my Concrete Tile Roof (what!!!). If concrete tiles are a problem this should have been told to me when they came out and surveyed my property, the 2nd day. This company should have told me from day 1 that we cannot do this job Instead they wasted over 2 months of my time for nothing. Now I have to start over from square 1 looking for Solar. This is the worst customer service I have ever had dealing with any company. I tried to give this company 1/2 stars but this website wouldn't publish it."
