"We had a snowstorm the morning of my first appointment. Taylor showed up promptly on time anyway. I walked through the home with her to show what I needed done. She did such a fantastic job on everything and worked diligently the entire time she was here. I've only had one other home cleaning service, but this was the best experience for sure! "The cleaning goes well. My only real complaint is communicating with the owner about scheduling. The team doesn't have a consistent schedule and the owner often changes my appointment on the day of the cleaning. That said, I've been able to ask for a different cleaning time when my schedule changes and he will rearrange the schedule."
