Front Range Roofing & Siding

"I would like to address this complaint first by saying after 5 years she decides to write this complaint, not sure if she thought it would never be addressed or we would forget about her, I do remember her, she wanted her whole house fixed after she had a botched siding job done by another company, she wanted this done for $ 250.00, we are not i9n the business to fix other people's mistakes but we did take on the task of nailing up a couple pieces that had fallen down and we did caulk some holes that she had, we explained to her this would keep happening because the previous Siders did not secure the siding to her home, she was not hearing it, she did not pay in full and I did not pursue it, due to her circumstances, she had enough going on with a botched Siding job, people do look for someone else to blame and I guess she chose us, odd that she would complain 5 years after, for a job she never paid for anyway....And the dumb woman comment is completely of base, as I am a woman and I own the company, I know she didn't research that....So that holds no weight at all....No one abused her especially about being a woman, and if she did talk to a woman on the phone, it would have been me, no other woman worked there in 2005, and I would have addressed it then....When it comes right down to it, we had to tell her the truth about her home and she wasn't happy, and decided to complain, like I said this woman never paid for her $250.00 repair, after we did the work promised and now she wants to ruin our reputation, it saddens me that people are allowed to use this forum to deceive other people with half truths and petty words without anyone checking this out, Front Range was not aware that Patricia had written this nonsense or it would have been addressed immediately, unfortunate no one checks these stories out for accuracy....Front Range stands behind their work and if their ever is a problem we will rectify it immediately, that is how we run our Business and we always will....Sad That Angie's list will downgrade my company with this nonsense, I don't have much faith in them at this point, I think this comment should be removed for lack of truth and payment and accuracy....Thank you"
