"Michael did a great job. I sent him some pictures of the job, he came out and realized there was more work and parts that needed to be used. He got everything taken care of and my door works like it’s new along with better insulation."

"Egress Inc was great to work with. I am very impressed at their level of service. They are great at communicating with clients and answering questions. Their follow up is excellent and they do what they say they are going to do. The quality of the product surpassed my expectations as well."

"Jason is friendly, professional, hard-working and punctual. It?s clean he has integrity in his workmanship. His prices are lower his prices are than his competitors. His efficiency is something else with how labor intensive these jobs are, too. He?s character and work ethic is rare to find these days. I?m not sure how he does it, but definitely grateful and appreciative."

"Window well was rusted out. The guys showed up and took care of it and did a good job cleaning up after."

"James was prompt, professional, and got the job done! He returned several times when minor problems occurred."

"They are a wonderful company. Lucy Hastings runs it and in the past when we had enough snow she would come in and plow out the snow and shovel our walk and do everything she could and would also call and remind me. She is a wonderful person to deal with and she does what she says and has a very professional crew working for her. Their price was a fraction of the other companies. They had the roof up and on within a day and it's been fine ever since. She was also perfectly willing to work with us on price and very, very, good to deal with. We've had "0" problems with the roof."

"We're delighted to have our glass doors sliding smoothly again, and very happy with our new handle and screen."
