Our hot water heater broke. EZ Repair was prompt in getting to our house to get it checked out. They removed and installed a new one the same day. Robert was easy to get a hold of and answered all my questions. We were very happy with their work and felt their pricing was reasonable. Would hire again.

Robert called, asked questions, and listened to the issue I was having with my water heater. His first comment was "maybe we can fix it." Given that the water heater is 13 years old, I was doubtful, but I appreciated that attitude, rather than assuming it was hopeless. He gave me a rough estimate on the phone and texted me information to get back to him. As a new(er) homeowner, I wasn't immediately sure of what to look for when hiring a plumbing company. As I developed more questions, regarding licensing, certifcation, etc, Robert was patient and responsive to all of my questions. Brian was able to come over at 6pm the same day. He came in, looked at the situation, and we developed a plan for replacing the water heater in the morning. But as we talked, it kicked in and we realized it still worked, so no repair was needed! Neither Brian nor Robert pressured us to replace the water heater, once we determined it was working. I appreciate their responsiveness, patience, and candor!

Ervey was very professional, he explained the steps as he proceeded, Ervey was very thoughtful and cleaned up behind himself, all in all Ervey done a awesome job, If we need any other projects completed in our home I will personally request that Ervey does the work. Very happy with kitchen faucet installed, works wonderful.

Needed to have my sewer line replaced due to old clay pipe and root intrusions. They got there and replaced my sewer line quick and efficient according to city codes. Will definitely recommend them for future repairs on my properties

Robert and his staff are friendly, professional and skilled. I had a nasty leak from a cracked pipe in an upstairs bathroom and EZ Repair stopped the leak right away, fixed the pipe and repaired my walls for me. I highly recommend them for all plumping and remodeling!

The difference between this company and others is that when you call EZ Repair they are out to your home or business the same day if that is your request. Best of all they are fairly priced.
