"Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."

"These guys did an amazing job. Their work ethic is out of this world. Even when it came time for the cleanup they did not miss a beat. No nails or any debris let anywhere. I am talking about on the driveway, grass, yard, or even our neighbors yards. They were that thorough. I would give them a 10 out 10. These guys were very professional. They are experienced, reliable, see the big picture, have great ideas and approach challenges as opportunities for solutions. They constantly demonstrated integrity and persistence. They have excellent subcontractors who do painstakingly great work—on time, safety conscious and adaptable. It was a painless project and the end result is perfect."
