Choosing LMS was one of the best decisions ever made. This was a total gut from dreary mountain to upscale modern. Quote was realistic, sub-contractors best in the valley. Project was completed on time and on budget. No delays; no excuses. Cannot say enough about Lee and his team.

We highly recommend LMS Construction. Lee and his crew did an amazing job renovating our whole house. Their workmanship is exemplary. LMS has also renovated our entire Condo two years ago and has always met our expectations. And with the second house renovation, they even completed the project earlier than expected. You can trust Lee and his entire Team. They understand your needs and provides ideas/options or solutions. The major renovation that I thought would be so stressful turned to be successful and I give a lot of credit to LMS as they helped a lot with brainstorming, planning and ideas. They are so easy to work with, reliable and trustworthy.

He had good communication and worked quickly. His company did great drywall work. The tile work was not that good. I can only hope it was a poor employee. Spacers were not used between tiles so most of the gaps were different widths and a lot of corners where 4 tiles came together were not lined up at all. A couple tiles were loose. His only saving grace was he came back and retiled some of the bad spots after I sent him pictures. That helped but most of the floor should have been redone when he came back. That would have been an ideal fix. Yes in drywall. No on tile. Thanks.

I never even met them, just told them what I wanted over the phone. Their cost was excellent, they completed the cabinet installs quickly, and the quality of their work was very good. I would hire them again.

He did a great job for us. Very professional and got everything finished within a tight time frame. I would hire him again.

I've had cabinets installed for a less in California but their price was good relative to the local competition.

He did a complete condo remodel. Incredible customer service oriented. Works from the homeowners perspective. Provided great design and architectural recommendations and ideas. Maintained contact post completion to make sure we were happy . Came in on time and on budget.

They did a phenomenal job and did it in a reasonable time-frame.
