Ryan did a great job on our home inspection. We hired him to come back and do some work that he found once we completed our purchase. I then recommended him to my mother who hired him for her home inspection. He pointed out very important things that we should consider before purchasing. Easy to schedule, would recommend.

We used blue River inspection services on a recommendation from our realtor. We had just purchased a small one bedroom condo and we are not able to be there for the inspection. He charged us $365 and wound up missing many important items on a tiny little condo. One of which was broken and heaved tile on the shower wall, which I noticed immediately after walking in the bathroom shortly after the final walk through. I have since had to rip out the entire shower because It was leaking behind the tile and had caused mold. He also missed a number of the outlets that were incorrectly wired, as well as a couple of the shut off valves underneath the sink, which were actually leaking. I've never seen such a poor inspection on such a small place. I absolutely would not recommend this individual..

Ryan did an excellent job inspecting a condo my buyers put under contract. He was very easy to schedule with and was able to accommodate my buyers schedule who wanted to be present for the inspection. Ryan was very attentive to details and not only answered questions but educated the buyers on his findings. His report was thorough and easy to understand. Also delivered within a very short deadline. I highly recommend Ryan.
