Derek is FANTASTIC. He went above and beyond to sort out and correct a previous owners electrical DIY solution that turned out to be a very big fire danger. He was communicative, prompt, and extremely thorough. While I hope to not have any further electrical needs, Derek and 2C Electric will be my first call. I will also be suggesting him to anyone who has an electrical need. Beyond that, he was kind, compassionate, and remembered my name and my mom’s name. In a world that usually ignores names, customer service and quality service, Derek stands out!
