The parking lot was in very bad shape. But they removed damaged asphalt, milled it down, filled holes, dealt with Kipling traffic and overlaid the asphalt; blending it into the sidewalks and adjacent patio. "I can't say enough about Larry and his crew. They are a great group of guys who bring a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic each and everyday.
