The parking lot was in very bad shape. But they removed damaged asphalt, milled it down, filled holes, dealt with Kipling traffic and overlaid the asphalt; blending it into the sidewalks and adjacent patio. "Excellent work, on time with a quick project completion without any concerns. I have retired from AC paving so I know what has to be performed to result in a quality product. Our AC driveway of 400 ft in length had developed deep cracks from age. It also needed a seal coat too for aesthetics. Tommy and Charlene looked at our project, gave us a quote in writing and within 2 work days, completed the crack seal and seal coat tasks. Other people in the past just open a barrel of sealer and spread it with a squeegee. That does not seal cracks and the coating is very thin. It didnâ t last more than 2 years. Tommy, on the other hand, cleans the cracks prior to applying a hot rubberized asphalt and injects it into the cracks so you know it will never lpass water. He follows up the next day with a heavy spray of asphalt sealant. You get a better job and it will last much longer. The approximate area of work was 5500 square feet."

"I can't say enough about Larry and his crew. They are a great group of guys who bring a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic each and everyday. The project came out wonderful. The trees are mature and nicely shaped. The plant life and mulch is healthy and vibrant. And the retaining wall looks outstanding!!
