Felt like the project was overpriced, the sprinkler blowback system was installed backwards and had to be redone, and ended up taking all day. Then the tech said that they would not charger me for the extra time which I would not have paid anyway due to the equipment being installed wrong in the first place.

"Hi David, I searched through our system and believe I found a couple jobs with you from August 2023. Everything looks pretty standard with our pricing of having our plumber complete the following: removing the main line supply tee, rebuilding and reinstalling supply line with new gate valve with bleeder and stubbing out pipe for backflow installation. We didn't charge any extra time for the backflow install, it looks like we actually gave you a discounted hourly veteran rate. Happy to discuss any concerns you may have, feel free to reach out!"

Taylor and Amanda are a fantastic team! Just like the best quarterbacks - ON TIME ON TARGET!!! We had various projects including repair of deck flashing and rotted wood, painting of flashing, very delicate handling of the removal and replacement of very large deck windows, repair and repainting wood and particle board trim on bay window, the rebuild of a dog-run fence gate, and the replacement of a front porch spindle damaged in last years tornado. The bid process was great, including a thorough walk-thru and creative solutions for repair. The team arrived on schedule and the work was done very well with much attention to detail (Taylor was unsatisfied with some of the initial work performed on the bay window and made sure it was re-done to his satisfaction) Taylor also spotted a few areas on the exterior that needed some paint touch-up and took care of those too. All in all it was a great experience. We will no doubt utilize Taylor, Amanda, and Blue Collar in the future.

My wife was injured and I was away and we needed snow removal . They were quick to respond and took care of the front and back porch . It was a little pricey for the amount of snow but a fantastic job and very accommodating with whatever we needed

Taylor and his team are the best! They took down our unsafely built deck stairs and built us a beautiful, sturdy staircase! They were efficient and did quality work with great communication and a fair deal. What more could you ask for? Hiring them again to build a closet and do some custom tile work! Absolutely recommend!

For The $149.00 fee the Handyman did nothing for our sprinklers except refer us to a plumber . This Handyman said it would probably cost us 1800.00 to get the sprinklers to work properly. We called the plumber he recommended, who was excellent and who fixed the problem with no hassle. I do not recommend this Handyman service at all, the plumber I would.

"Hi Irene, theres seems to be some confusion. We came out to your house to assess the water coming out of the top of your backflow. Upon arrival, we inspected the backflow and tested your sprinkler system and determined that the water pressure from the home was likely set too low causing the backflow to not pressurize correctly. We were able to pressurize it enough to test the sprinklers and told you that everything on the sprinkler system was functioning correctly. We recommended that you have your pressure reducer valve inspected by a licensed plumber and gave you a referral to our plumber that was able to come out within a couple of hours."
