The team at Denver Patio and Landscape quoted, started, and completed our project in such a ridiculously short time I STILL have other contractors calling to see if I am interested in a quote. The parking lot was in very bad shape. But they removed damaged asphalt, milled it down, filled holes, dealt with Kipling traffic and overlaid the asphalt; blending it into the sidewalks and adjacent patio. Price was cheaper than several competing quotes. Work began the next morning a little before noon and driveway was done by 2 o clock.
