"DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Total ripoff! I found this company on Google and when I called and talked with their employee, Bill, about the plumbing issues, he was initially friendly and told me it would be a $45 trip fee...no prob, I thought! Then, after Bill arrived, he quickly told me it would be another $115 charge to diagnose the problem. He diagnosed that it needed a new "Y" fitting, which was located in an open and easily accessible area, right above the top of the washing machine. He told me it would cost me another $450 to repair it. When I asked him how much the "Y" fitting cost, she said $20 and the part was located at a store 10 minutes up the road. He then said he charges $275/hour, including the time he arrived at my home (which had already been 45 min), the time to drive to get the part and the time to install it. I had no choice but to just have him make the repair, as my husband is very handy but just had major shoulder surgery and was in a lot of pain and could not use both hands. After his quick repair, Bill then slapped me with a $596.50 charge. It was quite shocking. I actually have never written a bad review...ever. I either write 5 star reviews about companies or I don't write anything at all. This is a case where I feel it necessary to warn anyone considering working with this company. THEY ARE A COMPLETE RIP-OFF! WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"
